In Brief:
- Launching on October 22 on the Epic Games Store
- Features a player-owned economy powered by the $FURY token
- Described as “Diablo meets Escape from Tarkov” with on-chain extraction gameplay
The blockchain-powered shooter, Engines of Fury, will officially launch its public game and economy on October 22 through the Epic Games Store.
The game combines fast-paced top-down extraction shooting with action RPG elements, drawing comparisons to Diablo and Escape from Tarkov. Players will explore post-apocalyptic arenas, compete for resources, and extract valuable materials that can be crafted, traded, or converted into on-chain rewards.
Engines of Fury features a player-centric economy where assets have real utility. The ecosystem is built around utility NFTs, a dual-token system, and a reward pool of up to 1,000,000 $FURY tokens. At launch, the initial ALLOY to FURY exchange rate will start at 1:1, providing incentives for early participants.
The design of the game aims to strike a balance between traditional gaming and blockchain mechanics. Players can earn rewards through various paths, including combat performance, marketplace trading, and crafting progression.
Developed on the BNB Chain, Engines of Fury seeks to blend high-quality gameplay with transparent, player-owned economics.
According to the development team, “It pays to be early.” They encourage players to wishlist the game now on the Epic Games Store to secure early access rewards.
