Distinct Possibility Studios has officially launched the Foundation Alpha phase for its highly anticipated title, Reaper Actual. This marks the first opportunity for players to enter the persistent online first-person shooter and contribute to its development.
The early access phase begins today at 9 AM PDT and is available through the Epic Games Store and the game’s official website. Foundation Alpha provides players with hands-on access to *Reaper Actual* during its earliest external testing phase, along with exclusive rewards and community perks for early adopters.
Players can join Reaper Actual by purchasing one of three Foundation Alpha Series 1 bundles, each granting access to the island of Marova, the game’s expansive war-torn setting. Each bundle includes limited-edition Reapers (playable characters), an operational base, and other exclusive benefits.
The three bundles are as follows:
- Standard Edition ($29.99): Includes Alpha access, one Bunker Base, and two Reapers: Havoc and Luna.
- Charon’s Pact Edition ($49.99): Includes everything in the Standard Edition plus additional perks and Discord recognition.
- Stygian Oath Edition ($74.99): Includes a Warehouse Base, all four Reapers (Havoc, Luna, Thor, and Vibora), along with extra in-game benefits.
Participants in Foundation Alpha will gain access to new maps, scenarios, and content updates as development progresses. They will also receive badges, supply drops, and exclusive in-game titles that acknowledge their contributions to the game’s early evolution.
Servers will initially operate on weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM PDT, with expanded schedules planned as testing progresses.
A Player-Driven Testing Phase

Web3 Versions on Etherlink
In addition to traditional bundles, a Web3-powered version of Foundation Alpha is available through the official site. Built on Etherlink, this edition introduces blockchain functionality, allowing players to trade and own NFT versions of their bases, Reapers, and cosmetics.
The Web3 release is capped at 10,000 Genesis bundles, divided into two phases: 2,000 in the initial drop and 8,000 in the second. These bundles operate independently of standard gameplay, ensuring that blockchain ownership remains optional and does not affect game balance.
Players who choose the Web3 version will gain access to the marketplace and retain permanent ownership of their digital assets, while enjoying the same gameplay experience as traditional players.
