This deal places the valuation of GAMEE at $18 million. The acquisition follows a previous purchase by AlphaTON in October 2025, when they acquired a 51% majority stake in the company.
Financial Terms and Future Projections
Under the terms of the new agreement, AlphaTON Capital will take over the day-to-day management of GAMEE. The acquisition sum includes a $1.5 million cash payment and approximately $2 million in AlphaTON shares and warrants. Additionally, AlphaTON will acquire $2 million worth of GAMEE’s GMEE token from the open market within 90 days. If GAMEE achieves specific EBITDA targets, up to $7.5 million more could be paid within two years, divided between cash and ATON shares.
User Base and Strategic Alliances
GAMEE boasts a registered user base of 119 million, with 61 million users integrated within the Telegram ecosystem — a key focus for AlphaTON’s strategic scaling.
