What is Slime Miner?

Slime Miner is a free-to-play Web3 idle RPG in which a team of slimes descends into deep mines to dig up minerals while the player upgrades them between runs. It is a mobile-first title that also runs on Immutable, and the Immutable Play listing categorises it as a strategy, role-playing, idle and simulation game. The game launched globally on 9 September 2025 across Google Play, the App Store and Immutable, and it sits at the centre of the wider SLIMEX ecosystem built around the SLX token. How to play Slime Miner

Progress comes from summoning and merging slimes rather than from direct control. Two summon pools exist — Neo SLs and Mercenary SLs — each with a free draw available on a cooldown (roughly every four and six hours respectively). Duplicate slimes are merged into higher tiers (+1, +2, +3), which raises their digging output. Slimes mine more than 40 mineral types, split between common ores such as coal, copper, iron, silver and gold and rarer finds such as sunstone, moonstone and celestial crystal. Minerals are sold for gold, the game's main upgrade currency, which funds further progression. Daily missions, seasonal events and tournaments layer additional objectives on top of the idle loop.

Rewards are tied to SLX, the SLIMEX ecosystem token, and are distributed through seasonal airdrop mechanics rather than continuous emissions. On Immutable, the game has run leaderboard campaigns that allocate an SLX prize pool to the highest-scoring players on gameplay quests, with rewards weighted by quest performance rather than spending. NFT rewards also feature in events. SLX is publicly traded and has been highly volatile since listing, so any earning expectation should be treated as speculative.
