About World ID
World ID is a proof-of-human credential from World. It is meant to show that a user is a real and unique person and not a bot or a deepfake. Users prove humanity through the World ID app. The World site lists uses at live events, social apps, dating and gaming, with integrations for Zoom and Tinder. Developers can build on it through the World for Developers programme, which covers the protocol and World Chain.
