Evermoon
What is Evermoon?
Evermoon is a 5v5, three-lane multiplayer online battle arena in the mould of the big traditional MOBAs, developed by Thai studio View Passion Co., Ltd. and extended with Web3 asset ownership. Matches take place in the Battlefield of Destinies, where two teams of five pick from a roster of heroes with distinct kits and push lanes to break the opposing base. The design target is competitive eSports rather than idle earning: the studio has built the game around short, skill-decided matches and a free-to-play-and-earn model, with NFT layers such as heroes and skins sitting on top of ordinary MOBA progression. The on-chain side runs on Immutable X, whose zero-knowledge rollup lets Evermoon mint and move NFTs without charging players gas.
How to play Evermoon
Evermoon is free to start and does not require buying an NFT to play. It is distributed on mobile through the App Store and Google Play and is also reachable through Telegram and the LINE app, so most players get in without a desktop install. New players connect a wallet, or an Immutable Passport account, to link ownership to their profile. The core loop is standard MOBA: draft a hero, farm lanes and jungle, take objectives, and win through team fights. Outside matches, the Moon Mission programme hands out Moon Power for completing social and community quests, which unlocks in-game rewards and is the usual first taste of the reward economy for a new account.
Evermoon tokenomics & earning
The economy uses two tokens. EVM is the utility token and the medium of exchange for in-game assets and services; ES is the governance token, used to vote on the direction of the ecosystem. Heroes, skins and cards are held as NFTs on Immutable, so they can be traded on secondary marketplaces outside the client rather than being locked to an account. Earning comes from competitive play, tournaments and quest campaigns rather than from a guaranteed daily yield, which is normal for a PvP title where rewards have to be won from other players. Reward rates and token utility have changed across the project's beta phases, so check Evermoon's own whitepaper for the terms in force before treating play as income.

Our verdict on Evermoon
Evermoon is a 5v5, three-lane MOBA built around blockchain ownership rather than a wholly new combat idea. The core loop is the familiar one — lane phases, team fights, objective control — with heroes and in-game items held as NFTs on Immutable X, so the account-bound progression most MOBAs use becomes tradable property instead. The project also positions itself around e-sports and competitive play, which is a demanding bar for any team-based title.
What works conceptually is the fit between genre and chain. MOBAs already have deep hero rosters and cosmetic economies, so ownable heroes are a natural translation rather than a bolted-on token layer, and Immutable X removes the gas friction that makes on-chain item trades painful elsewhere.
The harder problems are the ones the pitch does not address. A MOBA lives or dies on matchmaking depth, balance patches and a population large enough to fill lobbies at every skill level, and tradable heroes raise an obvious pay-to-win question that only sustained balancing can answer. Ownership does not substitute for a healthy player base.
It is aimed at competitive MOBA players curious about asset ownership, and at traders who treat hero rosters as a market. Anyone wanting a single-player or casual experience should look elsewhere.
