Sky Mavis is the game studio behind Axie Infinity, the creature-collecting world where players own their Axies as on-chain assets. Its titles include Axie Infinity: Origins, a player-versus-player tactical card battler, Axie Infinity: Homeland, a village-building game set on the planet Lunacia, and the upcoming Axie Infinity: Atia's Legacy. Beyond its own games, Sky Mavis builds the infrastructure underneath them: Ronin, an EVM blockchain designed for games with player-owned economies, the App.Axie marketplace for Axie collectibles, Mavis Market, Mavis Hub, and a set of developer tools that help other studios build and scale blockchain games on Ronin. The company was founded in 2018 by a team from Vietnam.
