What is OVERHEAT: Cyber Tactics?
OVERHEAT: Cyber Tactics is a cyberpunk tactical card battler that plays free in the browser and on mobile with no install. The site pitches it as a tactical cyber-poker of mind duels: each turn is sealed with a SHA-256 commit-reveal, which it says makes the duels provably fair and prevents packet tampering. Its tagline promises zero pay-to-win, with progress coming from skill.
Modes
You choose an operative from eight divisions, from Shadow Cadet to Apex Sovereign, each channelling elements such as Void, Thermal, Kinetic, EMP, Plasma and Nanite. The campaign covers ten megacorp sectors, each with three combat tiers called Infiltration, Cyber-Siege and Overclock Onslaught, and daily spotlight sectors pay double credits. Beyond it are 1v1 ranked duels, 8-player tournaments and a qualification path toward a planned World Cyber Esports Championship.
Token
The $HEAT token has a total supply of 200,000,000, with 90,000,000 set aside for an esports fund. Operatives are summoned through a gacha system called the Neural Gacha Matrix. The site lists chains BNB Chain, Solana and TON, an X account, @overheat_game, and about 14,800 duels settled at the time of checking.
Our verdict
OVERHEAT has a distinctive core: a bluffing-based duel resolved with a cryptographic commit-reveal, wrapped in a cyberpunk card-battler campaign. The ranked ladder and tournament route give it a competitive direction.
The gacha operatives and the token deserve caution, and the esports goal is still a plan. It is worth a free try for fans of tactical card games.
