Crypto games directory: your questions, answered

What is this list?

This is the CryptoGames.gg directory of 4,421 crypto and blockchain games: every title we track, live or not, with its chain, genre, devices, token and a written verdict where we have played it.

How does the ranking work?

The order is our own score out of 100, recomputed daily. Up to 80 points come from what we can verify ourselves: whether the game is playable right now, whether its website answers, whether it has been covered in the press, and how deeply we have documented it with a verdict, FAQ and pros and cons. Up to 20 more come from outside market evidence such as token market cap, and visitor votes can add up to 2 more, never enough to carry a game past the ceiling its evidence sets. Missing data never counts against a game.

Is the score a review rating?

No. The score orders the list; it is not a review rating, and we do not publish it as one. Our opinion of a game is the written verdict on its own page.

Why are shut-down games still listed?

Games that have shut down stay listed and are labelled, because a directory that quietly deletes its dead entries is not a record of the market. In the ranking they sit below the games you can play today.

Can a game pay to rank higher?

The score is computed only from the signals described above: playability, website, press coverage, documentation, market evidence and visitor votes. There is no input for payment.

How often is the list updated?

Scores are recomputed daily. Games, chains, tokens and links are added and corrected as we verify them, and a game whose website stops answering is flagged rather than left looking healthy.

How do you test and write about games?

How we test and write about games is set out in our review process, and the rules we hold ourselves to are in our editorial standards.

Is a high rank a recommendation to invest?

No. Rankings and prices are information, not financial advice. Do your own research before you connect a wallet or spend money on any game or token.

How do I add a game or fix an entry?

Send it through Submit a game or contact us. We check every submission before it goes live.
