Farmers World is a browser-based resource extraction game on the WAX blockchain rather than a farming simulator in the Stardew sense. There are no fields to till by hand. You equip NFT tools — axes, saws and chainsaws for wood, rods, nets and boats for food, excavators for gold — click to mine, then wait out a cooldown of roughly an hour per tool. The three resources exist as tradable tokens (FWW, FWF and FWG), which is the real point of the loop.

What works is how legible the economy is. Tools carry a durability value that drains with use and costs gold to repair; energy drains as you work and costs food to restore. Membership card NFTs add tool slots, extra health and access to rarer materials. Nearly every action resolves into a small cost-benefit calculation, and the interface puts those numbers in front of you.

What does not work is that it is barely a game. Clicking, waiting and repairing is close to the whole verb list, progression means a larger balance sheet rather than a bigger farm, and roadmap items like tribe-versus-tribe PvP and mobile apps have sat unshipped for years. Entry also requires buying NFTs before you can do anything.
