Fragment is Telegram's marketplace for turning parts of its namespace — usernames, anonymous +888 numbers and collectible gifts — into tradable TON blockchain tokens. It launched in 2022.

Fragment runs primary auctions rather than a resale marketplace, so no creator-royalty policy applies to the items it lists.
