About MFL
What is MFL?
MFL (Metaverse Football League) is a football management game that runs on the Flow blockchain. You found a club, build a squad, set tactics and climb a division ladder against other managers. It has two modes that share one account and one $MFL balance: Arena, a free mode, and Pro Manager, the original mode with its own clubs, leagues and economy.
How to play MFL
Arena is the entry point. You found a club, play live matches against other managers' clubs and move up from Amateur to Legend. There are nine divisions: Amateur, Prospect, Semi-Pro, Pro, Elite, Champion, World-Class, Master and Legend. New clubs start in Amateur III, and the Legend division has room for only 20 managers. Matches are coached live, and each manager gets two minutes of pause per match.
Pro Manager has 10 divisions, six-week seasons and promotion and relegation, and every match is against another manager. You acquire a club, brand it, build a squad and manage contracts and transfers. A pro player can play in only one mode per season, and his first match of the season decides which one.
MFL economy and blockchain
The official guide says the blockchain runs in the background, and that Arena needs only an MFL account. $MFL is the shared balance. It is used for contracts, transfers and rewards, and there is a $MFL marketplace. Gems are earned and spent on packs and boosts. Gem bundles and the Premium Season Pass are optional purchases, and Arena itself is free.
Arena opened as a two-week invite-only beta on 5 October 2026, with beta rewards divided by 20. The studio scheduled the public launch for 27 October 2026.

The official pages give no price for a competitive Pro squad, so check the marketplace before buying anyone. Gem bundles and the Premium Season Pass are optional. $MFL moves with the market, and rewards in Arena were divided by 20 during the beta, with the studio planning higher launch rewards that remain subject to change.
Progress is slow by design. Pro Manager seasons last six weeks, a pro player can play in only one mode per season, and the lower divisions have little to chase. It suits patient football tacticians who accept an asset market attached to the game.
