Use explosives as launch pads where possible. Explosive barrels can propel the bike significant distances if timed correctly. A barrel that sends you airborne over the next section saves more time than carefully navigating around it.
Maintain full throttle on straight sections and approaching ramps. Many players instinctively brake before hazards. This almost always results in a worse outcome — insufficient speed to clear a gap, or too slow to land with momentum. Brake only when the level specifically requires it.
Land on the back wheel, not the front. Front-wheel landings at high speed crash the bike. On any ramp or gap, lean back slightly before landing so the back wheel touches first.
Three-star times are typically 25–40% faster than first-completion times. A level that takes 90 seconds to finish for the first time can usually be three-starred in 50–60 seconds once you know the optimal path.
Tips for Hard Levels
Pendulum sections: Wait for the pendulum to swing away from you before accelerating through the gap. The timing window is consistent — the pendulum follows a fixed arc. One full observation of the swing pattern is enough to identify the correct entry moment.
Moving platform sections: Treat moving platforms like a timing puzzle. The platform’s position when you arrive at it determines whether you land cleanly. Adjust your approach speed (slightly slower) to arrive when the platform is in the optimal position.
Long gap sections: Maximum speed before the ramp is mandatory. Any hesitation before a large gap results in falling short. If you cannot clear a gap, the solution is almost always more speed, not more angle.
Final levels in each series: The later levels in Moto X3M’s packs combine multiple mechanics simultaneously. Break these levels into sections — identify each hazard type, plan each section individually, then string the sections together.
