Chaos W (World) has cleared 960,000 global pre-registrations ahead of its April 29 launch, co-publisher Valofe announced on April 20. The mobile MMORPG, built on the Chaos Online IP, is being co-published with Nexus.
Pre-registration opened April 1 across Google Play, the App Store and Valofe’s VFUN and Pmang platforms. The initial target was 1 million sign-ups.
Tokenomics and pre-launch activity
Valofe said it has been sharing game tokenomics details and running community events through Discord and its own community platform, ORVVIT. Pre-character creation and nickname reservation events are live on VFUN ahead of launch.
Nexus is running pre-registration mission events through Cross Play to drive global sign-ups. A separate streamer campaign tied to Cross Play is offering 80,000 $CROSS in rewards and runs through May 21.
Game details
The title is an RTS-inspired MMORPG featuring real-time combat, a gear system with over 200 items, crafting, forging and skill book customization. Pets can be collected, trained and evolved for use in battle. Guild systems support group PvP and PvE content.
Chaos W builds on the commercial track record of Chaos Mobile, which previously ranked first in sales on Korea’s ONE Store. The sequel expands to multi-platform support across mobile and PC, adds guild battle systems and supports eight languages: Korean, English, Taiwanese, Thai, Portuguese and three others.
“As Chaos W (World) has garnered significant interest from global users since the pre-registration stage, we have poured our hearts into the game as a whole, including language support,” a Valofe official said. “Through our collaboration with Nexus, we will establish a stable service environment and do our utmost to meet expectations with content that meets the standards of global users.”
