In Brief:
- Evolved parts are now live in Terrariums, increasing an axie’s Atia’s Flame and share of the bAXS pool.
- Rarity of parts influences Flame points, with certain pairings yielding higher rewards for evolution.
- Players can boost their Fortune Slips as evolved parts generate more of these for the axies.
Evolved parts enhance game mechanics
Evolved parts in Axie Infinity‘s Terrariums are now operational, offering players new ways to increase their rewards. When players evolve parts of their axies, it raises the Atia’s Flame value, resulting in a larger share of the bAXS pool.
The effective Flame value is determined by both the rarity of each evolved part and the number of parts that have been evolved on a single axie. Rarer pairings, such as a Shiny axie with an evolved Shiny part, yield more Flame than common parts. This system incentivizes players to focus their evolution efforts on fewer axies for maximized benefits.
Evolving parts multiplies rewards, giving players a greater incentive to specialize. For example, evolving one part offers a multiplier of 1.0, but evolving six parts results in a multiplier of 1.68. This progressive scaling encourages strategic planning in evolution to optimize Flame accumulation.
Players can also expect an increase in Fortune Slips earned by their axies, as evolving collectible parts boosts these rewards as well. The evolution process requires AXP to level up, which can be gained by participating in gameplay or using resources like Cocochoco.
As the system develops, players can anticipate further enhancements in the coming weeks, introducing new ways to elevate their axies’ capabilities.
“Start evolving now, and your land will be ready when the rest arrives,” a spokesperson indicated.
