What’s in the event

The event has four parts: a 14-day Attendance Check, Daily Quests, an Anniversary Roulette and an Event Shop.

The team said both the event and the shop “run for 30 days.” The post didn’t list specific rewards, drop rates or shop prices. It also didn’t say whether any rewards are paid in $IMT or only in in-game items.

The attendance check runs for about half the event window. That gives players extra time to spend event currency in the shop after the check-in rewards stop.

Two years in

Planetarium Labs launched Immortal Rising 2 on Android and iOS in September 2024, with launch events running through Sept. 19 of that year. The dark fantasy idle action RPG uses Immutable’s chain for asset ownership.

The anniversary schedule has stayed roughly the same. The game’s App Store update history lists version 1.4.3, dated Sept. 25, 2025, as the “1st Anniversary Event and Bug Fix” release.

The team raised $3 million from backers including The Spartan Group, Planetarium, MARBLEX, Immutable, comma3vc and notchvc.

The token side

The $IMT token generation event went live on March 27, 2025. Players could then claim, stake and trade the token.

Before the TGE, Planetarium Labs ran its “Path of Ascension” play-to-airdrop campaign, which started in November 2024. Players completed social and in-game missions to collect soulbound tokens. Their final SBT tier decided how much $IMT they received from a 50 million token pool.

Season 1 drew 107,419 participants. Season 2 had its own 50 million $IMT launchpool, equal to 5% of total supply.

The token had a rough start. After trading opened on March 28, 2025, $IMT fell 53%. Planetarium Labs CEO JC Kim said the drop surprised him and published a “Message from the CEO” in response.

Kim said some decline was expected because Planetarium had chosen not to launch at a high fully diluted valuation. He said high-FDV launches are often built with exchanges and market makers to push up a token’s price on its first day of trading.

$IMT works as a governance token. Holders can vote on in-game decisions and access premium content, and players can earn in-game currency through staking and the ranking system.

Past reward pools

Planetarium Labs later ran a competition on the Immutable Play leaderboard with a 1 million $IMT prize pool. Winners received the tokens directly in their Immutable Passport wallets after the event, with no claim step.

The anniversary announcement didn’t mention any token pool. It listed the four event features and closed with one line: “The event and shop run for 30 days!”
