In Brief:

  • Nakamoto Games (official site) has added Bigger Bite, a free-to-play fish game, to its platform.
  • Players grow a fish by eating smaller rivals, climb a leaderboard and prepare for a tournament the studio hasn’t dated yet.
  • The launch fits the NAKA team’s 2026 plan, which puts tournaments and leaderboards at the center of the platform.

Nakamoto Games has put Bigger Bite live on its platform. The studio is now telling players to start climbing the leaderboard ahead of a tournament.

“Bigger Bite just landed on Nakamoto Games!” the company said in a post on X.

A follow-up post pushed players to jump in. “Enough watching. Time to play,” Nakamoto Games said. “Jump into Bigger Bite, grow your fish, climb the leaderboard and get ready for the tournament.”

The game sits in the free-to-play section of nakamoto.games.

How it plays

Every fish has a number above its head, and the player’s fish starts small.

“You start as a tiny little fish with a number floating over your head, and the whole idea is to eat anything with a smaller number than yours while staying out of the way of the big guys cruising past,” the company said.

Each meal makes the fish bigger. Rivals with higher numbers are the threat. The studio’s announcement suggested the game gets harder than it first looks.

Tournament details still pending

Nakamoto Games didn’t give a date, format, entry rules or prize pool for the Bigger Bite tournament in either post. For now, the leaderboard is the only competitive mode it has confirmed.

The platform already has tournament tools. Players can create tournaments with custom prize pools, and each one holds up to 64 players.

Part of a wider pipeline

Bigger Bite isn’t the only game in progress. A community member’s recap of a recent weekly update from the team listed Bigger Bite as live. It also listed Sugar Rush Defense, Hellsing, ZomZom Defender and an unnamed new game as still in progress.

According to the same recap, the update covered new games, growth on the Web2 side of the platform, social and party features, marketplace improvements and several titles in development and QA.

The 2026 plan

At the start of the year, the studio laid out a new direction for NAKA.

“NAKA is evolving into a community-driven gaming ecosystem where players shape games, competitions, and rewards,” Nakamoto Games said in a post on X. “Web2-first for mass adoption. Web3 optional for ownership and earning.”

The same post named “Communities, tournaments, leaderboards, and social play” as the pillars of the platform. A casual game with a leaderboard and a tournament attached matches that description.

The NAKA token runs on Polygon. The studio’s free-to-play catalog stretches back to 2022, when the platform listed 144 free-to-play and play-to-earn titles.

Even the launch post plays down how easy the game is. “It sounds easy,” the company said.
