In Brief:
- Registration for Cambria (official site)’s RSGP token generation event closed Sept. 29 at 11 p.m. ET, and the first look at Cambria Genesis is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 3.
- Onchain observer @VELITA said the team has spent days deploying contracts on Robinhood Chain and that its main Safe already sits on that chain.
- Cambria hasn’t announced which chain RSGP or Genesis will launch on, and the TGE still has no formal date.
Cambria’s registration window for the RSGP token generation event closed Sept. 29 at 11 p.m. ET. The first look at Cambria Genesis, the game’s planned persistent world, is set for Saturday, Oct. 3.
The team hasn’t named a chain for the launch. But onchain activity has put Robinhood Chain in the frame.

For days now the team has been deploying contracts on RH, and their main Safe is already on that chain. Cambria Genesis on RH?

Contracts on RH
“For days now the team has been deploying contracts on RH, and their main Safe is already on that chain,” @VELITA said in a post on X. “Cambria Genesis on RH?”
Cambria hasn’t confirmed that Genesis or RSGP will launch on Robinhood Chain. Reports in late September did say the game is targeting Robinhood Chain as part of a multi-chain expansion.
Robinhood Chain went live publicly on July 1, 2026. It’s an Ethereum layer-2 built on Arbitrum and uses ETH for gas. Gigaverse Online is also launching there. Its founder, 0xDith, said the chain’s “high liquidity” and the “good reputation of the company behind the infrastructure” drove the decision.
Robinhood held its HOOD Summit in Houston on Sept. 29 and 30. The published program didn’t include a dedicated gaming initiative.
The opt-in
Eligible past Cambria players registered by accepting a Genesis Event Opt-In Agreement on the game’s lobby site. The newly formed Cambria Foundation opened the window when it announced RSGP.
The foundation said it will “steward and grow the Cambria protocol, community, and ecosystem.” RSGP stands for “Real Stakes Game Play,” and the foundation said the token will “form the core of ecosystem consensus mechanisms” behind the Genesis economy.
The announcement didn’t disclose token supply, distribution, blockchain, valuation or a TGE date. Total supply, allocations and vesting still haven’t been officially published.
A timeline that kept slipping
The TGE has been pushed back several times. Cambria’s March 2026 presale listed an estimated TGE and mainnet game launch for June 2026. The date later moved to August, alongside the Genesis mainnet and Gold Rush Season 4, and then to an unconfirmed early September target.
That presale had a $1 million target and a $3 million cap at a $30 million FDV. Tokens carried no vesting and were 100% unlocked. U.S. and U.K. residents couldn’t take part.
Volume versus revenue
Total wagered volume during the ongoing Genesis event has topped $41 million, according to the game’s stats page. That figure counts the same money every time it’s re-wagered. Over the same period, the developer has earned $788,642.
Dungeon Fishing, a faster and more gambling-heavy mode, accounts for $35.9 million of the total, or 87%.
An earlier stage, the Genesis Loot Drop, scored wallets across five chains based on their past onchain activity. Its claim window closed Aug. 5.
What Genesis looks like
The foundation describes Genesis as a “permanent persistent game world” with persistent assets, guild treasuries, resource competition and “high stakes war games.” Protocol and RSGP holders will direct its economic incentives.
Players will be able to buy individual buildings across five major cities and tax their use. “Island barons” will pool resources to cut transport fees and push back against city monopolies.
Founder Ben.zzz has confirmed that access will start small. Only a limited number of initial citizens will get in at first, and the game’s core asset loops will stay restricted until later waves open them to the wider player base.
Cambria is a 2D browser MMO modeled on Runescape and Ultima Online. Players put their own onchain assets at risk in combat.
Cambria hasn’t given a launch date for Genesis.
