In Brief:
- Hamieverse said on Oct. 5 that its Genesis collection is moving to Ethereum mainnet.
- The 888-piece collection minted for free on Abstract in February 2026, and holders get early access to the Hamieverse card game.
- The team said Genesis will act as a cross-chain “passport” while its games and products may launch on different networks.
Hamieverse is moving its Genesis NFT collection to Ethereum mainnet, the project said in a post on X.
“The vision goes beyond one chain, and Genesis is your passport to everything we build,” Hamieverse said.
Hamieverse Genesis is moving to Ethereum Mainnet
The vision goes beyond one chain, and Genesis is your passport to everything we build.
Our games, products and future releases can live on different chains, while Genesis connects you to Hamieverse wherever we build next.
The post didn’t give a migration date. It also didn’t say how holders’ existing tokens will be handled, whether through a bridge, a snapshot and airdrop or some other method.
A multichain pitch
The project described the move as a break from building on a single network. It didn’t say that it’s leaving Abstract.
“Our games, products and future releases can live on different chains, while Genesis connects you to Hamieverse wherever we build next,” Hamieverse said.
The post named no other chains and gave no release schedule for upcoming products.
What Genesis holders have
Genesis launched on Feb. 2, 2026, with a supply of 888. Minting was free across three stages: a guaranteed whitelist, a first-come, first-served whitelist for Platinum Rank holders and a public round. Each stage had a limit of one per wallet. The collection sold out.
Early game access is the main holder benefit listed. The collection is wired into the Hamieverse Cards Game, and wallets without a Genesis NFT get the message “You do not have an NFT from the genesis collection right now” when they connect.
The project’s apps page also includes a “Card Codex,” which it describes as the full Genesis collection in one searchable index. Another tool there generates a personal Hamieverse XP card showing faction, rank, badges and reputation.
The Abstract years
Abstract was Hamieverse’s original home. In an Aug. 1, 2025, press release from London, the project said it was building its first game on the network.
“We chose Abstract because it aligns perfectly with both our vision and our standards,” said Mateen Mohammed, founder of Hamieverse.
The game draws on lore from the Hamieverse comic series and a novel. Releases the project listed for August 2025 included Hamie AI, the Hamie Unchained Saga comic and novel, a Telegram mobile game and a Galxe quest campaign.
An earlier version of the project’s site said the Hamie Trading Card Game would launch “this November” with more than 500 cards and more than 150 characters. That page appears to date from late 2025.
Token and IP
Hamieverse said its HAMIE token had no private sale, VC backing or insider allocation. The project says 50% of all ecosystem revenue goes to buying back and burning the token. Its earning models are called learn-to-earn, impact-to-earn and engage-to-earn.
The IP is set in a cyberpunk dystopia and covers trading cards, comics, novels, animation and physical collectibles. The project said it debuted at MCM Comic Con London, where it launched Comic 1: Into the Hamieverse and Comic 2: Below the Hamieverse. Hamieverse said its booth shared the floor with Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic: The Gathering.
The project lays out its plans in four stages, which it calls Asleep, Awakening, Activation and Ascension. The stages run from entertainment and financial literacy education to a startup launchpad and humanitarian work through the Hamieverse Foundation.
The foundation said it’s building a solar-powered deepwater well in rural Africa to serve more than 2,000 people.
