OpenSea has opened OpenSea Mobile to the public, ending the app’s beta and putting it on iOS and Android for any user.

The app shows one portfolio across multiple wallets and more than 25 blockchains. Users can trade across chains without handling bridges or picking networks themselves.
Social trading across platforms
Social trading is the main feature of the launch. OpenSea’s feed brings in trader profiles and transaction histories from FOMO, Pump and Farcaster, and users can follow those traders and track their wallet activity.
Traders can claim their profiles by importing their wallets. Users choose which wallets show on their profile and can set an NFT as their onchain avatar.
Devin Finzer, OpenSea’s co-founder and CEO, said in a post on X that the feature answers a problem with how social trading works today.

He said “onchain social graphs and profiles should be aggregated, open,” in the same post.
The company’s launch release said OpenSea “pulls in trading activity from across crypto apps and platforms, so users can follow friends and top traders and see their moves no matter where they trade.”
Signals and filtering
A feature called OpenSea Signals lets traders explain their buys. “With OpenSea Signals, anyone can attach a note to a purchase explaining their reasoning, which travels with the trade to everyone who follows them, so followers see not just what someone bought, but why,” the release said.
Some users asked for a way to block traders from certain platforms. Finzer said users can already filter by platform and that more advanced filtering features are coming soon.
He said later updates will improve content recommendations in the feed, add more customization options and make collaborative trading easier. Finzer said the app is built on cross-chain liquidity, real-time pricing and reliable execution.
Onboarding and fees
OpenSea said new users can be set up in under a minute with an email and Apple Pay. Signup doesn’t require a seed phrase or an exchange account, and the app is self-custodial, so nobody holds users’ assets for them.
Users can also create and fund new wallets with Apple Pay, or import and link existing wallets to track all of their assets in one view.
The referral program runs indefinitely. Anyone who joins with a friend’s code gets a permanent 10% discount on trading fees, and the person who invited them earns 25% of the fees they generate.
Staged rollout
The public launch follows months of gated access. OpenSea began rolling out early access in June 2026, first to Pudgy Penguins PENGU $0.008222 ▲ +6.3% and Lil Pudgys holders. That came after an initial phase that distributed 1,476 early access keys.
OpenSea launched in 2017 as the first NFT marketplace. It says it has processed billions of dollars in transaction volume across 25+ blockchains.
“OpenSea Mobile is that bet paying off,” Finzer said in the release. “We helped millions of people take their first step into digital ownership, and we built this app to help millions more.”
