- ATLAS
The Star Atlas in-game currency token on Solana. The catalogue lists ATLAS as the exclusive currency of 49 items. See the ATLAS and POLIS price tracker for its live price.
- POLIS
The governance token of the Star Atlas DAO on Solana. Its on-chain supply is about 360 million, against about 36 billion for ATLAS.
- MSRP (launch price)
The price in USDC the catalogue records for a ship or item at its original sale. It is not a current market price, and items never sold for money have none.
- Size class
The size of a ship in the catalogue, from smallest to largest: xx-small, x-small, small, medium, large, capital, commander and titan.
- Rarity
The catalogue's label for how scarce an item is. For ships and items the values are common, uncommon, rare, epic, legendary and anomaly; some crew packs use silver, gold and platinum.
- Role (spec)
The job a ship is designed for in the catalogue, such as fighter, freighter, bomber, racer, miner, transport, data runner, bounty hunter, rescue, repair, salvage or multi-role.
- Make
The manufacturer of a ship in the catalogue, for example Pearce, Fimbul, Ogrika, Calico, Opal, Rainbow, VZUS, Busan, Tufa or Armstrong Industries.
- Crew slot
A seat for a crew member on a ship, with a role such as Pilot, Navigator, Science Officer or Weapons Operator and a count.
- Component slot
A place for fitted equipment on a ship, such as a Power Core, Shield Generator, Warp Drive, Subwarp Engine, Scanner Array or Mining Rig, with a size and a count.
- Module slot
A place for an add-on module on a ship. In the catalogue ships list Fuel module slots, with a size and a count.
- Hardpoint
A weapon mounting slot. The catalogue lists fixed hardpoints and turret hardpoints, each with a size and a count.
- Galactic Marketplace
The in-game, on-chain marketplace of Star Atlas, described by the developer hub as decentralised MMO-style trading. These tools do not read it.
- Fully diluted value (FDV)
A token's price multiplied by its total supply. We compute it from the DEX price and the on-chain supply.
- Market cap
Price multiplied by circulating supply, as reported by the data source, which chooses its own circulating figure.
- Liquidity (pool)
The US dollar value held in a trading pool. More liquidity usually means a trade moves the price less.
- DEX
A decentralised exchange, where tokens trade from pools of tokens on-chain. ATLAS and POLIS trade on Solana DEXs such as Raydium, Orca and Meteora.
