It runs in the browser on Abstract, an Ethereum layer-2, and the pitch is that game state and logic sit on the chain itself rather than on a studio's server: you send heroes out on adventures, they keep progressing while you are away, and you return to craft gear, spend the $HERO token and see where you stand on the leaderboard. Randomness is handled through a verifiable random function, so loot rolls can be audited rather than trusted.
