Hi All, Let’s see what a group can do. Even the word group SAYS GRO UP 🙂
GRO uP
gRO UPON CO UPON
MUMBO JUMBO BUT CYPHER…um but seriously don’t be it so much 🙂
In a candid conversation that began as a casual chat and evolved into an impromptu interview, we spoke with Strope – Enjin Moderator about their journey into blockchain gaming, community building, and the evolution of the Enjin ecosystem.
Meltoid: Hey Strope, is Pair O’Dees ok? Sounds like he is battling
Pair O’Dee’s: Beginning of the year is hard. Didn’t expect all the medical issues on top of current projects. Let’s talk about that next!
Meltoid: You will get through it. Hope all well your way! Btw would love to do an interview with you to publish the pulse of community thoughts. Can I ask you a few questions, Strope? How are things?
Strope: The past few weeks have been a bit rough with the baby 😅 not much sleep… but overall we’re doing okay! And ooh, that sounds interesting!
From Gaming Addiction to Blockchain Innovation
Meltoid: How did you get into gaming?
https://sl.bing.net/iiufuER9i3g
Strope: As a young child, gaming was my hobby! (More like an addiction 🤣)
Meltoid: How did you get into blockchain gaming?
Strope: I got interested in the idea of NFTs and truly owning a digital item. I wasn’t really into the gaming side at first, but reading and hearing about it in gaming terms made it click. It’s easy to understand the power of actually owning your stuff.
Meltoid: How did you find Enjin?
Strope: Scrolling through coins on Crypto.com, I came across EFI and then learned about ENJ. After that, I looked up some videos of Witek speaking.

Building Community, One Collection at a Time
Meltoid: What is it about Enjin that makes you want to contribute?
Strope: I want to contribute by showing what’s possible. You don’t need to build the next big thing from day one—everyone has to start somewhere. I started super small: a simple collection, then a second one, then collaborations.
There’s a big difference between spamming collection after collection and people genuinely putting love into what they create. I made a fun collection—a mix of PFPs and collectibles—and soon there’ll be a new open-ecosystem asset collection (more on that later).
You don’t have to show up every single day—we all have personal lives (recent fatherhood 😅)—but showing up consistently in the long run is what really matters. 💎💜
And honestly, I don’t do this just for myself anymore, but for the fam. I never imagined that more than 1,000 people would hold a part of one of my collections. That realization meant a lot to me. 🙏
Gaming Favorites and Ecosystem Insights
Meltoid: What is your belief in where Enjin will be?
Strope: That’s a difficult one, because it has changed a lot over the years. There are things I used to believe in that will forever stay with me. I am happy to be a part of it, and see where things grow from here on.
Meltoid: What’s your favorite game?
Strope: Dekaron, WoW, Valheim, LoL, Warcraft 3, and the Resident Evil series.

Meltoid: Favorite Enjin ecosystem project?
Strope: Etherscape — because I love what he’s doing. Building an absolute 💎 of a game, piece by piece. 🙏
That said, all games within the Enjin ecosystem are great. 💜 They’re here for the fam, not the fame. 😉
Meltoid: What do you want to see from Etherscape?
Strope: Sam can answer that question better than me—I’m a player, he’s the creator 🤣
Technical Perspectives and Future Projects
Meltoid: What are your thoughts on Enjin validators?
Strope: I know what they do, but it’s fairly basic and applies to most blockchains. I can’t really give a strong answer on that one. But as a creator, I have no part in being a validator. It’s something necessary for a blockchain, enjin is handling it good by trying to keep it community based.
Meltoid: Anything else you’d like to suggest?
Strope: Hmm, not really. It’s been a few very, very busy weeks. I’ve finally made some progress on my new collection as well.
Gaming Roots
Meltoid: What was the first game you ever played?
Strope: Sonic 2 on the Sega

Let’s see if this gets seen…seg…way 🙂
W3 hope u enjoyed this tidbit.
Silver linings for all the suits.
Best thing about connecting, is gaming across the galaxies!
