New platform launches with incentives
Animoca Brands and Alibaba’s AliBAE platform is live, offering users opportunities to create engaging videos using Alibaba’s Qwen models. The launch includes two initial earning challenges that focus on promoting Animoca’s Minds AI technology and the King’s Gambit mobile game.
Participants will receive starter assets for their video projects. The contest ends on April 8, with winners revealed on April 14. Each project has a prize pool of 50,000 CHECK tokens, with the top entry receiving rewards valued at $700.
Focus on quality contributions
“Many digital reward systems prioritize participation volume over the quality of contributions. AliBAE is designed to take a different approach by linking rewards more directly to the work created and how well it is received,” said Chevan Tin, head of Anichess. The platform combines Qwen Studio’s accessibility with CHECK as a reward mechanism aimed at providing practical earning opportunities for creators.
As AliBAE evolves, it showcases various features, including a chatbot and image generator. Additional tools like an app builder and API access are planned for launch. Users can create 15 images and three videos daily for free.
Businesses interested in launching their own play-to-earn campaigns can also utilize AliBAE’s self-serve options, although only a limited number of campaigns can run at once, necessitating prompt action.
