MapleStory Universe posted the full roadmap for MapleStory N’s Hyper Summer season today, two days ahead of its second update dropping on July 2.
The season runs across three major patches through late July. It’s the biggest content dump the Web3 version of MapleStory has delivered to date, stacking new classes, lands, boss content, equipment and quality of life changes into a six-week window.
First update (June 11, live now)
The Hyper Summer opener landed on June 11 with two new classes, Adele and Ark, and a level cap increase to 275. The Arcana land opened as a new Arcane River chapter, along with its corresponding Arcane Symbol and the Spirit Savior activity.
The update also brought Tera Burning with two Giga bonuses, a Bonus White Cube, a VIP Membership event and the 1st World Mu Lung Tournament. Fifth skill trees received their third update.
Second update (July 2, two days out)
The next patch adds Hoyoung as a new playable class alongside Morass, a chaos-themed swamp land where time is described as twisted. A new Arcane Symbol for Morass comes with it, plus the Ranheim Defense content.
Third update (July 23)
The July 23 patch introduces Will as a new boss, with a first clear event tied to the encounter. New equipment arrives in the form of the Cursed Spellbook and new Arcane Umbra parts. Fifth skills get their fourth update.
Beyond the third patch
The roadmap also shows additional content without a firm date: the Esfera and Sellas lands, an Esfera Arcane Symbol, the Esfera Guardian and a Mirror World Nodestone reward. Quality of life improvements are listed including a character selection screen revamp, V Matrix improvements, Maple Legion QoL updates and easier town travel.
