In Brief:
- Mattle (official site) added new Seeker Quests paying out 7-Day Pengu, Permanent Player2, Energy and Points.
- Claiming them requires app version 3.9.4, now live on Google Play and the Solana Dapp Store.
- Player2 has been gated to Play Solana holders or a $MATTLE purchase in the in-game Shop.
Mattle added a batch of new Seeker Quests and put the rewards behind a client update, the project said in a post on X.
The payouts are 7-Day Pengu, Permanent Player2, Energy and Points. “Update your app to v3.9.4 to complete the new quests and claim your rewards,” Mattle said. Version 3.9.4 is available on both Google Play and the Solana Dapp Store.

The post ties quest completion to the update. Players on older builds get neither.
What Player2 has cost until now
Player2 is an exclusive hero for Play Solana and Play Solana NFT users, unlocked by holders of the PSG1 Soulbound Token, the Player1 NFT and the Player2 NFT. The project bills it as one of the strongest heroes in the game, and it wields a Play Solana console as its weapon. Everyone outside that holder set has had to buy the unlock with $MATTLE in the Shop.
In March, Mattle handed free Game Passes to Play Solana users, including PSG1 (SBT), Player1 and Player2 holders.
Pengu has surfaced in Mattle’s Solana Mobile promotions before. An earlier Seeker Game Boost campaign offered Points, Energy, Mattle Keys, up to 500 $MATTLE and a PENGU Hero to Seeker and Saga Genesis wallets. This time the listing puts Pengu on a seven-day term.
Energy and Points are the grind
Both feed Mattle Run, the survival mode where players dodge monster waves and collect gems to unlock abilities, weapons and upgrades across Normal, Hard and Cursed difficulty.
The Game Pass runs 0.03 SOL and grants 20 energy a day. Free players can still run matches, but they can’t convert points into MATTLE tokens. Shop perks raise daily energy or multiply per-match points, a Risk Multiplier trades survival odds for a bigger score and Auto Run keeps earning while the player is away.
Points converted into MATTLE scale with leaderboard position, so perks compound.
The token layer
$MATTLE became the core token of the platform on Nov. 5, 2025. Trading it powers up Health, Armor, Speed and Luck. Holding it unlocks daily rewards and holder quests.
Trading volume routed through Mattle’s terminal converts into Boosting Points that upgrade the same four traits. Staking $MATTLE unlocks missions, cuts platform fees and opens premium features. The project also runs tournaments with prize pools paid in $MATTLE, USDC and Keys.
Prior Solana Mobile campaigns
Mattle has courted Saga and Seeker wallets repeatedly. One airdrop paid a free Game Pass valued at 0.03 SOL, with 3,000-plus already sold at the time, plus 100,000 Gaming Points that the project described as equal to five days of grinding and convertible into airdrops.
Eligibility ran on any wallet holding a Saga Genesis Token, Seeker Genesis Token or Chapter 2 Preorder NFT. Only one qualified, so preorder wallets counted even before the phones shipped. Claims went through the Exclusive Quest tab after logging in with a Solana Mobile wallet.
The Starter Quest paid Energy, Mattle Points, Mattle Keys and a Boost All Stats item worth plus-5% to every stat for seven days.
Solana Mobile’s own Seeker Summer campaign runs through Aug. 30, structured as four two-week rounds with 16 apps and two quests apiece, with badges landing in the Solana dApp Store and the Seed Vault Wallet activity tracker. Round 1 distributed 25 million SKR. Round 2 was allocated 27 million, with claims opening July 30 at 4 p.m. UTC.
Mattle’s release cadence has favored web first. Mattle Run v3.2.0 went live on web with the mobile build following in the days after. Version 3.9.4 hit both stores together.
The project came out of the first Solana Mobile Hackathon, alongside Gib Meme, Amp Pay and Nomadz.
