The Solana Foundation announced another wave of speakers for Solana Breakpoint 2026 on October 27, 2026. The conference runs 15 to 17 November at Olympia London. The new names include Revolut Chair Martin Gilbert, former Chancellor Sajid Javid and former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, plus leaders from Zelle, DTCC, Mastercard, Backpack and Bitwise.

This year’s theme is Token Supercycle. The organizers describe it as stablecoins, tokenized assets, payments and AI-driven activity moving onchain while institutions and governments work out how to respond and take part.

Who has been added

The latest additions put people from Westminster, the City and Washington in the same room as founders and institutions building on Solana. Leaders from Barclays, Y Combinator, Jupiter and Helius are also on the list, along with other organizations.

The program is split into several tracks:

  • Policy and the City
  • Payments and capital
  • Bringing every asset onchain
  • Trading and culture
  • Network, with leaders from Anza, Helius, Akash, BitRobot and the Solana Foundation

They join speakers announced earlier: Anatoly Yakovenko (Solana), Lily Liu (Solana Foundation), Balaji Srinivasan (Network State), Raoul Pal (Real Vision), Anthony Soohoo (MoneyGram), Annabel Spring (Allfunds), Zach Abrams (Bridge), Tad Smith (Candy Digital) and Peter Moore (Wisla Krakow). More speakers and the full agenda will be announced before the event.

Why London

Breakpoint lands as the UK weighs how to keep capital, listings and talent in London. The lineup brings a former Prime Minister, a former Chancellor and the chairs of Revolut and Standard Life onto the stage with the investors, payment companies and builders who will decide where the next wave of financial infrastructure gets built.

“The next generation of capital markets will run around the clock, settle in seconds and be open to anyone with an internet connection, and the decisions that determine where those markets are built are being made now,” said Lily Liu, President of the Solana Foundation. “Breakpoint brings the UK policymakers and City leaders shaping those decisions together with the founders already issuing tokenized equities, stablecoins and payment networks on Solana. London has a real opportunity to become the place where that future is built.”

The organizers say the program will frame the Token Supercycle around what is already moving onchain and what comes next. The announcement names no games or game studios among the speakers.
