Siege Worlds is a web3 multiplayer first-person shooter built on BNB Chain and developed by LightningWorks. Its premise places legendary warriors from across history (gladiators, samurai, gunslingers and pirates, including figures drawn loosely from Miyamoto Musashi, the gladiator Flamma, Joan of Arc and Annie Oakley) reincarnated on an island in a mysterious afterlife and forced to fight monstrous hordes. Players can take control of these characters or build their own. The title runs as a downloadable client for Windows and macOS rather than in a browser, and the studio has also published a tie-in comic, Siege Worlds Zero, set in the same world.
How to play Siege Worlds
Matches are cooperative and objective-based. Groups of players defend a chain of villages, fortresses and castles, falling back through walls, gates and bridges as the valley narrows behind them, with the goal of protecting their queen. Alongside the main defense, parallel side missions send small squads hunting for special items and weapons that can change the course of a battle. Onboarding avoids manual wallet setup: launching the game displays a QR code, which is scanned with the Telegram app, after which the player links a DiviGo wallet from the in-game menu. The developer states that players do not need to handle gas fees or wallet configuration themselves.

The framing is history's fighters (a samurai, a gladiator, Joan of Arc, a frontier sharpshooter) reincarnated on an island and pressed into holding a valley against monsters. Structurally it is a wave-defence game rather than a competitive arena: squads fall back through villages, gates and bridges toward a queen, while side missions peel players off to hunt weapons that swing the fight.
The onboarding is the most interesting decision here. Instead of a seed phrase, the launcher shows a QR code scanned in Telegram, then links a DiviGo wallet from the in-game menu, with the studio absorbing gas. The economy is deliberately multi-currency (drops, forging, peer-to-peer trades) rather than one native token propping up the whole thing, and sponsored maps such as Bleakrock Island pay out in an outside project's token.
The weak points are real. It is PC and Mac only, from a small team that pivoted here from an MMORPG concept, and meaningful earnings concentrate in week-long tournament leaderboards rather than ordinary play. Best suited to shooter players who want a free horde-defence night with friends and treat any payout as incidental.
