LOL Land went live with LOL Land Party, a competitive multiplayer mode that puts up to four players on the same board in real time. Each player pays an upfront entry cost in free rolls and free points, receives an equal number of rolls and competes for the highest score. The winner takes the prize pool.
Strategy-only format
Party mode cuts free spins and mini games entirely. Maps are strategy-only, and players can use consumable items to slow down opponents. Four maps are available at launch: YGG City, Pirate Cove, Beach Day and Garden of Zen.
Beta limitations
The mode launched in beta, and the team warned players to expect minor bugs. LOL Land Party is currently only available in Free Mode. Players can claim 1,000 points and 200 rolls to try the feature.
Unused rolls from disconnects, timer expirations or slow connections are forfeited without exception or refund, LOL Land said.
