Sales for City Passes, Block Explorer bundles, and properties will begin on April 27. The City Pass, priced at $5, offers a chance to unlock the Cape Town Townhouse, while the Deluxe Bundle includes exclusive structures along with a chance at a landmark property.

The City Pass and Block Explorer registration opens on April 27 at 9 AM PT, with sales beginning the next day. The property pre-sale will follow, including various tiers with prices ranging from 15,000 UPX to 65,000 UPX. Marina properties will also be introduced, priced at $30 each, bolstering Upland’s waterfront economy.

Mint Masters Badges will recognize players for their minting activity during the Cape Town launch. Collection reveals will unfold weekly starting May 7, with any incomplete collections revealed and adjusted by May 28.

Property and pricing overview

The Cape Town City Pass will have 1,000 units available, offering a 15 percent chance to reserve a Collection property. The total property count in the initial release will be around 20,500, with 28 percent designated as FSA properties. Official Send Fees are set at 10 low, 50 high, and 20 default.
