Upland kicked off Genesis Season 2026 on June 1, building its annual celebration around a retro Googie theme and a multi-pass reward structure tied to cosmetics, collector scoring and Gamified Earnings.
Genesis Week Gold Pass
Genesis Week runs June 8-12. The limited Genesis Week 2026 Gold Pass, priced at $19.99 with only 320 available, adds an exclusive reward layer on top of the base Genesis Week events. Holders receive all Genesis Season cosmetic drops, a Wildcard Perk, a limited-edition Genesis Week 25 Block Explorer and an exclusive Genesis 25 Go Kart. Both the Go Kart and Block Explorer designs will be revealed in a later announcement.
Registration opens Monday, June 1 at 9 a.m. PT. The sale runs from June 2 at 9 a.m. PT through June 4 at 9 a.m. PT. Burning the Gold Pass before June 3 at 9 a.m. PT secures the Week 1 cosmetic drop. The burn deadline for bonuses is June 9 at 10 a.m. PT.
Burning the Gold Pass also counts as one of the four characters needed for the Fusion Pass.
Season Pass
The Genesis Season Pass costs $6.99 and is available through July 15. Burning it activates eligibility for six weekly cosmetic drops (first drop June 3, then every Tuesday), a season badge and a Collector Score boost. A snapshot is taken at 7 a.m. PT each Tuesday, and only players who have burned their pass by that time receive that week’s drop.
Each burned Season Pass includes a Wildcard Token that automatically covers one missed weekly Gamified Earnings mission. It applies only to weekly Gamified Earnings missions, not season-long Residents or Influence missions, and is one-time use.
Fusion Pass
The Genesis 2026 Fusion Pass requires all four unique collectible characters in a player’s account by the July 8 snapshot at 9 a.m. PT. Characters can be held or burned, as long as all four are present. Players must hold them for at least 24 hours after the deadline to qualify.
The Fusion Pass boosts the Season Collector Score and is described as the ultimate collector challenge for the season. The four characters are themed around different Upland play styles and distributed through the Season Pass and Gold Pass drops.
