In Brief:
- Upland scheduled Genesis Week 2026 for June 8-12, promising system reveals, previews and future-facing drops rather than a single headline event.
- Community Award nominations are open across three categories: Player of the Year, Broadcaster of the Year and Designer of the Year. Nominations close May 29 at 9 a.m. PT.
- Winners receive 350,000 UPX, an exclusive in-game badge and recognition during Genesis Week.
Upland set its annual Genesis Week celebration for June 8-12, framing this year’s edition around forward-looking reveals rather than a single prize or sale.
“This year, Genesis Week is about showing where Upland is headed,” the team said, describing the past year as one of the most transformational in the platform’s history. The event will feature system reveals, previews and what the team called future-facing drops, with additional details to follow.
Community Awards
Alongside the Genesis Week announcement, Upland opened nominations for its 2026 Community Awards across three categories.
Player of the Year goes to an Uplander who demonstrates positivity, leadership and dedication to the game. Broadcaster of the Year honors creators who produce entertaining or educational content that informs and connects the community. Designer of the Year recognizes visual and creative contributions to the platform.
Nominations are open now and close Friday, May 29 at 9 a.m. PT. Winners in each category receive 350,000 UPX and an exclusive in-game badge, with results announced during Genesis Week.
