What works is the focus on creation. Turning a written prompt into a usable scene is a real shortcut for people who cannot model in 3D, and publishing to PC, headsets and mobile means a builder is not tied to one device. Open build events, including the 2026 AI Builder Hackathon with a €20,000 prize pool, give creators a concrete reason to try the tools.
The builder's price is not published on the main site; the token documentation says building takes $VR tokens and a plot of VR Land as a one-time payment. What does not work for a player is the lack of a game at the centre. There is no campaign or core loop to master, and what you do in the world depends on what other people have built. VR is the project's token, and its value rests on the platform keeping both creators and visitors.
