In Brief:
- Olderfall (official site) started the Immutable Hunt, a leaderboard event paying 100,000 wAURE to the top 500 players, with first place taking 3,500 wAURE.
- The competition runs through Sept. 30 and scores players on acquiring and burning weapons, winning deathmatches and contributing guild points.
- It’s the second Olderfall leaderboard this year carrying a 100,000 wAURE pool, and it lands inside the Gaming on Polygon hub that Immutable built with Polygon Labs.
Olderfall opened a leaderboard event on Immutable Play that splits 100,000 wAURE among the top 500 players. First place takes 3,500 wAURE. The competition closes Sept. 30.
The event is called the Immutable Hunt. Points come from three activities: acquiring and burning weapons, winning deathmatches and contributing guild points. Every day in the window counts toward a player’s total.

Second leaderboard of the year
This isn’t the first time the number has appeared. An earlier Immutable and Olderfall leaderboard ran May 1 to May 31 with the same 100,000 wAURE on the table.
Olderfall arrived on Immutable Play on March 16, when Immutable announced the collaboration and tied quests and rewards to in-game activity. The game is also a featured title in Gaming on Polygon, the dedicated Polygon gaming hub inside Immutable Play.
What wAURE does
Anubika, the South American studio behind Olderfall, brands wAURE as the “Master’s Coin.” The token pays for tournament entries, crafting and other systems, and spending it in-game takes it out of circulation.
The studio held a community round for wAURE in early June. Buyers paid in USDC on Polygon, and tokens bought in that round stay locked to the purchasing wallet and can’t be transferred, so participants needed their Olderfall wallet to join. Anubika framed the round as favoring regular competitors over people hunting a fast flip.
It wasn’t a public listing. A public launch event is planned to bring wAURE to the wider market, with liquidity expected in that later phase.
The game and the season
Olderfall is a free-to-play auto battler on mobile and browser. Players run a Gladiator Master, recruiting warriors called Fallen, equipping them with gear and sending them into arena fights in a dystopian setting.
Season 6, “A Matter of Instinct,” opened July 31. The Blackfang Recurve headlines the Battle Pass, which also carries Gems and Void Relics. Free and Premium tracks run through Sept. 29, one day before the Hunt ends.
Season 5, “Auric Dominion,” ran June 1 through the end of July and centered on corruption spreading across the arena, with the Sanguine Dominion as its exclusive weapon and Vermithar and Pearlwhisper as Featured Foundry Weapons. Season 4, “Reforge & Conquer,” launched April 1 and was the season that put Olderfall on Immutable Play, adding faction-exclusive weapons, expanded Forge mechanics, guild leaderboards and burn-and-merge gear systems.
Inside the Polygon hub
Gaming on Polygon is the front door for Polygon PoS and Agglayer CDK titles on Immutable Play. It was Immutable’s first enterprise deal on its gaming platform, launching five games at once alongside player incentives and a network upgrade connecting Immutable zkEVM to Polygon’s Agglayer.
Immutable set up a $100,000 reward pool for the hub, paying players for quests, in-game milestones and top leaderboard finishes. Clearing every quest in a single title grants 500 Gems. Clearing every questline across all five grants 2,500.
The batch launch marked a change in how Immutable onboards games. The company had added titles one at a time over seven years, integrating more than 680 games in that stretch.
Marc Boiron, CEO of Polygon Labs, said the Agglayer connection gives the games “unified liquidity, smoother interoperability, and a single front door” for players.
“This is the moment where Gaming on Polygon accelerates,” said Robbie Ferguson, co-founder and president of Immutable.
