What changedWhere the gear comes fromTrinity KeepersBackground
  • Wilder World (official site) enabled Custom Avatars in its Super Early Access build, replacing preset Trinity suits with per-slot gear pulled from Wilder Packs.
  • Items must sit in a connected ZERO wallet to appear in game, and selling one strips it from inventory and from any saved configuration.
  • Season One Packs total 108,000 units at 150 WILD each, with 100% of the WILD spent permanently burned.

Wilder World switched on Custom Avatars in its Super Early Access build, handing players per-slot control over how their characters look in Wiami and binding that look to NFTs drawn from Wilder Packs.

“Custom Avatars are live and Wilders are already flexing,” the project said in a post on X.

The first version of the Avatar Creator shipped as a selector. Players picked from a curated set of preset Trinity suits and went into the game. It was a visual menu, not an inventory.

Under the customization stage Wilder World had documented as V2, those presets come out. Every player starts on a base undersuit and builds from there, configuring and saving combinations of helmets, gloves, boots, armor plates and accessories acquired through Packs.

Components swap independently. The system covers the undersuit, helmet, chest and pelvis, plus left and right variants of shoulder pads, forearms, gloves, thighs, calves and boots. Wilder World described the armor configuration work last year as supporting up to 18 individual slots.

Ownership is the gate. Every item equipped inside the Creator has to be held in a connected ZERO wallet to appear and function in game, and if an asset is sold it’s automatically removed from the player’s inventory and from any saved loadout that used it.

Where the gear comes from

Packs are the supply line. Each one contains three fully onchain, tradable NFTs drawn from the Avatar, Wheels and Weapon industries, with Avatar gear covering armor and apparel, combat items covering weapons and attachments, and Wheels upgrades delivering vehicle parts that affect speed, control and performance.

Season One runs 108,000 Packs at 150 WILD each. Half of that supply, 54,000 Packs, is allocated to gameplay rewards, and the other 54,000 is available for purchase. Players can buy up to 10 Packs per day, and Packs are also sold on the Packs website with WILD or a credit card.

Rarity is tiered across six categories: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary and WILD. Each item is drawn from fixed probabilities embedded directly in the smart contract, locked for the season. Opening one Pack has no effect on the odds of any other.

All of the WILD spent on Season One Packs is permanently burned. Wilder World also routes a percentage of Pack sales through Labyrinth, an algorithmic system that buys WILD on the open market and burns a portion of it.

Trinity Keepers

Trinity Keepers, holders of three different Genesis NFTs from three separate industries, receive Trinity ZERO, a limited-edition custom suit that comes with a standing display case for a Crib or apartment in Wiami. Each qualifying holder gets one Trinity ZERO Avatar per Trinity held.

But they don’t get early access to the Creator. Wilder World said future versions roll out to all Super Early Access players, with non-Keepers starting on the undersuit and upgrading through Packs or items earned in gameplay.

Background

Super Early Access went global at Gamescom on Aug. 20, 2025, built in Unreal Engine 5 and distributed free through the Epic Games Store with a linked ZERO account. The launch shipped three maps, more than 10 weapons, early matchmaking and progression, leaderboards and a 10-player deathmatch that lets players switch between first and third person. It was paired with the $100,000 Legend of the WILD tournament, whose finals carried $48,000 in WILD.

Pack opening went live earlier this year, and Game Release 0.11.1 followed with stability fixes across the Garage, Packs and notification flows, restored collision in traffic and park areas, working teleporters and tighter vehicle handling. That build also fixed clipping and rotation inside the Avatar Creator. The Garage hit version one on Aug. 15.

WILD launched May 11, 2021, as an ERC-20 token with a total supply of 500,000,000. Its unlock schedule ended in 2023, with roughly 479.2 million tokens, or 95.85% of supply, released. The token traded near $0.015 on Sept. 1, with 24-hour volume around $134,000, against an all-time high of $7.50 set Nov. 27, 2021.

Packs ship seasonally and are organized into Eras that define complete product lines for Avatar gear, combat parts, vehicles and furniture. Once an Era ends, Wilder World said, those assets will never be re-released.
