The post didn’t disclose how much RON Craft World earned this season or which project took first place.

Second place again

It’s the second time Craft World has finished second since the program launched. In Season 1, Axie Infinity (official site) led with more than 97,000 RON in rewards, and Ronin said Gas Infinity and Craft World “earned about ⅓ of that.” More than 410,000 RON went to builders that season.

Ronin’s post described Craft World as a game where players “gather resources, craft materials, and automate production in a world where every resource exists onchain.”

How the program scores builders

Proof of Distribution started on May 14, 2026. It pays RON to games and apps on Ronin based on the activity their smart contracts generate. That activity is converted into a Builder Score, and the score determines each project’s share of the RON at the end of a season.

When the leaderboard went live, Ronin said 416,000 RON would go to builders each month. The score is built from gas spend, active users holding more than 10 RON, new users holding more than 10 RON, NFT and DEX volume, and smart contract volume.

At launch, Ronin weighted gas spend at 18.13%, new users at 11.12%, active users at 12.89%, NFT volume at 20.95%, DEX volume at 20.54% and contract volume at 16.37%. Ronin said the scoring is “an evolving process and will be adjusted based on the behaviors we observe.”

Season 5 brought one change. On Sept. 10, Ronin added a RON Conviction multiplier that “takes community conviction into account.” Builders whose communities show stronger RON conviction get their scores boosted, and builders with lower conviction get a smaller multiplier.

Ronin’s example was a project with a Builder Score of 700 and a multiplier of 1.1, which would end up with a final score of 770. For now, the network said it’s using the formula 1 + net conviction / (gross conviction + K).

Ronin said that by the end of Season 5, PoD will have paid out more than 2 million RON to builders.

Why Craft World scores well

Everything in Craft World’s economy is on Ronin. The main currency, DynoCoin, is on chain, along with every crafting material. The four core elements are $FIRE, $WATER, $EARTH and $AIR. Players use them in all crafting and can trade them in the in-game marketplace.

In its indie developer guide, Ronin points to Craft World as an example of a game that turned its Collect, Craft, Trade, Build loop into an on-chain economy “where over 25 unique resources act as ERC-20 tokens.” Ronin said the design drives gas spend, contract interactions and DEX volume. Those are three of the metrics PoD rewards.

VOYA Games has said Craft World has about 60,000 monthly active players and about 9,000 daily active players, and that it adds roughly 1,500 new installs a day.

Background

The studio started as Angry Dynomites Lab, a dinosaur-themed NFT collection whose holders could generate in-game resources. It renamed itself VOYA Games in November 2023, and Angry Dynomites Lab is still the brand behind Craft World. The game soft-launched in December 2023 on web, iOS and Android.

Players start at level one with an empty base and build factories that produce resources, then combine those resources into new ones. The game takes inspiration from Factorio. Its Dynomite characters mine materials to rebuild a ruined Earth, work together on shared “Masterpieces” and eventually build a rocket to leave the planet.

In May 2025, VOYA Games raised $5 million in a round led by 1kx and Makers Fund. Sebastien Borget of The Sandbox and Jihoz of Sky Mavis also took part.

Craft World went live on Ronin mainnet on July 29, 2025. As of June 30 that year, its test version had 2.7 million total accounts, 133,000 daily active users and 475,000 monthly players.

Since the move, the game has passed 12 million transactions and run crossover events with other Ronin projects. One of those was “Craft World Meets Ronke,” a limited-time event featuring the Ronin characters Moku and Kanstar.
