About BR1: INFINITE
What is BR1: INFINITE?
BR1: INFINITE is a real-money extraction shooter, and it describes itself as the first of its kind. The model is stated in four words on its own front page: pay to spawn, kill to earn. You pay a fee to enter a live server with other players, and you earn real money for every elimination you make there.
How the money works
You choose your own stake. Spawn fees run at $0.10, $0.25, $1 or $5, and whatever you pay to enter is what you earn per kill — so the risk and the reward move together, and a player can pick the level they are comfortable losing at. Money taken from an elimination comes from the player you eliminated. Cash drops are also hidden around the map: you loot them, and then you have to extract to keep what you found. Earnings scale with skill rather than time — the better your kill-death ratio, the more you take out.
Sides and starting out
Players pick a side: Team Ape or Team Droid. The Apes began as science projects meant to enhance physical capability and grew beyond their original roles as labourers into something far more formidable. New accounts start with a $5 bonus, so it is possible to play the first rounds without depositing, and a marketplace and a full guide sit alongside the download.
Our verdict
BR1: INFINITE is an extraction shooter built on Solana that turns its economy into the core loop: you pay real money to spawn into a match, and you earn real money for every player you eliminate. It runs in tiered risk modes — $0.10, $0.25, $1.00 and up — so the buy-in and the per-kill payout scale together. It is distributed as a downloadable PC launcher, with an Epic Games Store wishlist page as the second route in.
What works is the clarity. There is no governance token, no staking loop, no speculative asset to hold; the stake is cash, the reward is cash, and the risk is legible before you press play. The tiered entry also lets someone test the format for pennies rather than committing to an expensive asset up front.
What does not work is that the same design makes skill gap punishing. A weaker player funds stronger ones every round, and losses are immediate and real rather than paper. Nothing here softens that, and the pitch offers no detail on matchmaking or how new players are protected.
It suits confident competitive FPS players comfortable wagering small sums. Anyone treating this as a casual shooter, or as an earner, should look elsewhere.
This is our own editorial assessment. We do not score games — ratings come from players.
