What is Galaxy Fight Club?

Galaxy Fight Club describes itself as the first cross-IP PvP game for the NFT universe, and that is the idea the whole design turns on: rather than selling you a character, it lets you fight with an NFT avatar you already hold. The game is a 3D, hyper-casual styled fighting game the developers compare to Brawl Stars, played on maps scattered with obstacles, where fighters attack in melee or at range depending on the weapon they carry. Everyone can take part. Own nothing and you are given a default fighter with base stats and a base-tier weapon; hold an avatar from a partnered collection and you can bring that; hold one of the 10,000 Genesis Galaxy Fighters and you can bring that instead. The avatar changes the class of loot you can win, not whether you can play.

How to play Galaxy Fight Club

The main mode is 3v3, entered as a pre-made team or through matchmaking, with a round ending when a team reaches 20 points and paying out loot box keys. Alongside it are 1v1, a battle royale, and team tournaments restricted to Galaxy Fighter holders and pre-made squads, which pay out in the game's $GCOIN token and ETH. The developers are explicit that this is not meant to be pay-to-win: a battle is decided in equal measure by your fighter's traits — race, armour and weapon — and by how well you actually play.

Fighters, weapons and other ways in

Weapons carry half of a fighter's strength and are kept deliberately scarce across eight tiers, ranged trading damage for reach and melee the reverse; swapping one means holding a separate swappable-weapon NFT, and new ones are made by forging. That creates roles beyond fighting — the whitepaper sets out playing as a manager, renting a stable of fighters to others for a share of their loot, or as a crafter forging weapons to sell on, with guilds and scholarships supported for the same reason. One caveat worth stating plainly: the official whitepaper's own last update is dated September 2022, so its roadmap and reward figures should be read as historical rather than current.
