Life2app is a move-to-earn mobile app rather than a game in the conventional sense. It runs on BNB Smart Chain, ships on Android and iOS, and asks nothing up front — there is no NFT sneaker or starter pack gating entry, which already separates it from the first wave of move-to-earn apps. The loop is location-based: you walk to partner venues such as shops and cafes, scan a QR code to prove you were there, and accrue token and NFT rewards for the visit.
What works is the low barrier and the honesty of the premise. Free entry means the downside of trying it is your time, and QR check-ins are a harder proof of presence than accelerometer step-counting, which move-to-earn apps have historically struggled to keep clean.
