MIR4
What is MIR4?
MIR4 is a blockchain-based massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) built on the BNB Chain. The game integrates blockchain technology to provide players with genuine ownership of in-game assets, which can be traded on decentralized markets. This combines traditional MMORPG gameplay with Web3 mechanics, enabling players to manage and monetize their digital assets independently of the game publisher's control. The game features a persistent fantasy world where thousands of players can interact simultaneously in shared spaces.
How to play MIR4
Core gameplay revolves around character development, exploration of an open-world fantasy environment, quest completion, and real-time combat against both AI-controlled enemies and other players. Players acquire items through gameplay and crafting, upgrading their equipment to progress through the game's content. The game offers both solo activities for individual progression and multiplayer features that enable cooperation and competition with other players in a shared persistent world.
MIR4 tokenomics & earning
MIR4 implements a play-to-earn model where player activities generate rewards that exist as blockchain-based digital assets on the BNB Chain. These in-game rewards can be earned through gameplay progression and subsequently traded on blockchain markets, providing a pathway for converting gameplay time into tradeable value. The value of these rewards depends on market demand, player base engagement, and broader cryptocurrency market conditions.
Is MIR4 worth playing?
Whether MIR4 offers value depends on individual preferences for MMORPG gameplay and engagement with blockchain gaming. Players interested in traditional MMORPG mechanics combined with asset ownership opportunities may find appeal. As with any online game and blockchain project, factors including community size, developer support, and market conditions for in-game assets affect long-term player experience and economic viability.

Our verdict on MIR4
MIR4 is Wemade's free-to-play MMORPG, a sequel to the long-running Korean Mir series, launched globally in August 2021 on PC and mobile with a shared account across both. Underneath, it is a conventional Korean MMO: five swappable classes including the crossbow-wielding Arbalist, open-field questing, and clan warfare, with a crypto layer attached to one specific resource rather than to the whole game.
What works is that the mining loop is legible. Darksteel pulled from contested Valley and Magic Square zones converts into the DRACO token, and characters past level 60 with a high enough power score can be minted as NFTs and sold, so account value is transferable instead of locked to the publisher. The clan sieges fought over Darksteel territory are real content, not a thin wrapper.
What does not work is how much of it plays itself. Levelling and farming lean heavily on auto-combat, which is exactly what makes running several accounts as mining rigs practical and hands-on play feel optional. Returns track DRACO's price and conversion limits that Wemade controls, and sealing a character for sale makes it unplayable.
It suits players who enjoy grind-heavy Korean progression and idle systems; treat any earnings as speculation.
