KOMPETE Golf has officially launched in early access across PC, iOS, and Android, fulfilling a promise made since the game’s inception. This free-to-play multiplayer experience adds golf to KOMPETE’s lineup, which already includes several competitive sports. The early access version opens with a driving range, allowing players to hone their skills before the full courses become available. Game mechanics and customization
KOMPETE, developed by Modernize Games and built on Unreal Engine 5, is set in the shared world of Mahzookoo Island. Players, known as KOMPETITORS, can customize their avatars in over 80 ways, tailoring traits for various game modes. A player-build progression system requires players to develop their characters before entering matches, balancing strengths and weaknesses per playstyle.
Cross-economy model
KOMPETE stands out with its cross-economy design, merging traditional gaming and web3 elements.
