Jason walks past the line outside Nine1Nine Nightclub, slips inside, moves past the bar, and heads for the dance floor. The place is packed. Most of the crowd is wearing next to nothing.

That’s roughly 20 seconds of Grand Theft Auto 6 footage nobody was supposed to see, and it landed this morning.

Two new clips, two new corners of Vice City

The leaker group CyberLeek posted two fresh files to its Telegram page early today, named “GTA 6: NINE1NINE” and “GTA 6: BEACH.” Both contain brand-new gameplay footage. Both have already been reposted across X more times than anyone’s bothering to count.

The nightclub clip is the one people are quoting. The beach clip is the one that matters.

In it, Jason rides a bike down a Vice City beach and does nothing in particular. He just watches. Tourists and visitors go about their day in dynamic groups. Rows and rows of beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas and lounge chairs stretch out until they stop reading as individual objects.

The water and the sand are doing things games this size don’t usually bother with. Eventually Jason gets off the bike, starts walking, catches a few random NPCs with unique dialogue, and the clip just sort of ends.

Somebody has more where that came from

CyberLeek has been dropping never-before-seen in-game footage at a steady clip lately, which points to one of two things. Either the group has access to a playable build, or it’s sitting on a stockpile of clips it can release whenever it wants.

The timing isn’t subtle. Rockstar’s Netflix gameplay event is set for Thursday, August 27.

The part where the motives get complicated

CyberLeek frames all this as holding Rockstar accountable. Critics aren’t buying it.

The argument against the group is that the leaks are the engine of a pump-and-dump scheme, built to push attention and value toward an associated memecoin before the people behind it cash out. Altruism makes a better press release than “we’re moving a token.”

You can hold both thoughts at once. The footage is real and the reason it exists probably isn’t noble.

What the dump actually tells you

Stack these two clips on top of everything else CyberLeek has released and a picture forms of how big this open world is. Not big in the marketing sense. Big in the sense that a beach can eat a full minute of footage and never repeat itself.

Players get their hands on it in November. Between now and then, expect more of these to surface, because whoever’s holding the clips has every financial reason to keep the tap open.

None of it will dent the launch. Rockstar’s problem isn’t people seeing too much of Vice City. It’s people who’ve already decided they want to live there.
