LATAM servers go live for Prime Rush
Prime Rush has officially launched LATAM servers, making the mobile game accessible across the region. Players can now download it for free on the App Store and Google Play.
Originally released as a regional exclusive in Brazil on March 16, 2026, Prime Rush is a joint effort between Indian studio SuperGaming and Spacecaps, which oversees Brazilian esports organization LOUD. The LATAM rollout follows extensive testing through a closed beta and early access in Brazil.
Gameplay mechanics
The game features a blend of battle royale and extraction-shooter gameplay. Matches last between 10 to 15 minutes, allowing players to compete in Solo, Duo, and Squad modes. Teams have dual objectives: surviving to the end or collecting and extracting a resource called Cosmium that appears in the final match phase.
Players choose from a lineup of Brazilian-inspired heroes with unique abilities, such as Dead Eye, which provides a powerful weapon and ammo regeneration. Other abilities include Shield Dome, Super Speed, and Hunter Instinct, each impacting gameplay strategies.
The launch includes Ranked Season 1, a Battle Pass named Street Legends, and various limited-time modes. Ranked play spans from Bronze to Cosmic, and there’s a 4v4 mini team deathmatch called Favela for shorter sessions.
Designed for mobile-first LATAM
Prime Rush has been optimized for the LATAM market, where mid-range devices are prevalent. It runs on Android 7 and above, requiring 4GB of RAM, and on iOS 15 and above, aiming for stable frame rates from 40 to 60 FPS. SuperGaming plans further optimizations for broader device compatibility.
Utilizing SuperPlatform, SuperGaming’s tailored tech stack for real-time multiplayer, Prime Rush aims to achieve high performance. The studio’s previous titles have collectively recorded over 200 million installs.
Collaboration with LOUD
The partnership with LOUD enhances Prime Rush’s regional strategy. LOUD, a key player in LATAM esports, handles the game’s publishing and distribution. Since its 2019 founding, the organization has built competitive teams in various popular games.
Spacecaps participated in SuperGaming’s recent Series B funding round, raising $14.93 million, which brings SuperGaming’s total funding to $20 million. LOUD CEO Bruno Bittencourt described the collaboration as essential for providing authentic experiences to LATAM gamers.
Instead of simply adapting a final product for the region, SuperGaming and Spacecaps co-developed Prime Rush with insights from Brazilian players, addressing localization challenges faced by global mobile shooters in LATAM.
Web3 integration
Prime Rush is published by the SUP Foundation, the onchain arm of SuperGaming. This distinction is important, as the foundation aims to onboard over 200 million players onto a custom L3 blockchain called GameChain, developed with B3 over Coinbase’s Base network.
The GameChain model facilitates customization for various studios while maintaining shared benefits. Previous projects by B3 have demonstrated substantial user engagement, reporting over 200 million transactions processed.
At this stage, Prime Rush operates as a standard free-to-play mobile game, yet it acts as an entry point into the SUP Foundation’s broader onchain initiatives. The announcement of LATAM servers via the foundation highlighted this strategic integration.
Market dynamics
LATAM presents ripe opportunities for mobile-first studios, with high smartphone penetration and affordable data plans. Brazil remains one of the largest battle royale markets, having seen significant activity from titles like Free Fire.
Conversely, several global shooters have struggled in the region due to superficial localization. SuperGaming aims to circumvent this by tailoring Prime Rush’s features to the local player base.
In India, mobile gaming revenue is projected to reach $9.2 billion by 2029, with a corresponding rise in the gamer population. Prime Rush’s design aligns with the characteristics of Indian players, primarily using budget smartphones and low-data plans.
Looking ahead
With the recent launch, Prime Rush includes features such as Ranked Season 1 and the Street Legends Battle Pass. The team plans to adapt the game further based on player feedback from LATAM.
This regional expansion represents the final phase of SuperGaming’s Web2 distribution strategy before fully transitioning players onto GameChain. A spokesperson outlined the ambition: “We’re targeting more than 200 million players for our onchain evolution, and LATAM is now an integral part of that goal.”
