NFT Migration for FIFA Rivals
Mythical Games has announced the migration of its FIFA Rivals’ NFTs to its newer, stablecoin-based marketplace named Pulse. The migration began on March 5, with the platform switch expected to be completed by March 6. This move affects all existing marketplace listings, requiring them to be transferred to the new platform.
Transition to Stablecoin
The primary factor driving this migration is the transition from the volatile MYTH token to the more stable USDC coin, which operates on the Polkadot-based Mythos blockchain. This change comes after the MYTH token experienced a significant drop in value, decreasing by 96% over the past year. The older system’s instability made trading NFTs profitably nearly impossible. Through the integration with USDC, Mythical Games aims to offer “faster transactions, improved pricing stability through USDC, and an overall enhanced marketplace experience for Rivals players.”
Previous Migrations and Tournament Support
Before FIFA Rivals, Mythical Games had already migrated other collections, such as Blankos and Pudgy Party, to the Pulse marketplace. As part of this infrastructure, they also introduced the Pulse Arena tournament system, which supports both free and paid competitions allowing players to win prizes.

With the 2026 World Cup approaching, the FIFA Rivals game has become a high priority for Mythical Games. Hopes are that this strategic migration and the associated stabilizing of the game’s economy will boost player engagement and market interaction.
