In Brief:
- SolFarmer (official site) started Expedition Season 3 with a 35 SOL prize pool, the biggest it has attached to an Expedition season.
- Camp standings reset at the start of the season, so leads built in earlier seasons don’t carry over.
- The Camp is the game’s newest progression and competition layer, and its first PvP season in late July ran on a 20 SOL pot.
SolFarmer opened Expedition Season 3 with a 35 SOL prize pool and wiped the Camp standings clean for everyone taking part.
It’s the largest pool the game has put behind an Expedition season. “Our biggest Expedition pool yet,” SolFarmer said in the announcement.

Nobody keeps a lead
The reset is the other half of the pitch. Players who finished earlier seasons at the front of the Camp standings start Season 3 level with everyone else.
“No veteran advantage. No locked-in leaders. Everyone starts the new Season with another shot at the top,” SolFarmer said.
The company also said it is “raising the stakes” with the season.
What the Camp is
The Camp sits alongside the underground mine as a second progression track. Players recruit Farmers, send them out on expeditions, loot Legendary and Cosmic gear and unlock new Miners for the mining side of the game.
Expeditions run across seven zones, including crystal forests, lava pits, icy peaks and deep abysses. Each run returns loot and lore, plus a rare chance at a Boss encounter. Three pieces of gear can be taken to the Forge and crafted into mythic variants.
Expeditions also produce crafting materials and blueprint fragments, and Camp progression is one of the routes to rare rigs outside the shop.
The other season
SolFarmer’s competitive Camp layer is only about a month old. Camp PvP Season 1 went live in late July with a 20 SOL reward pot split across three leagues and a two-week reset cycle.
Every entrant in that mode starts on 1,000 League Points. Matches run on a server-authoritative combat engine and points move on an Elo-based system, with Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers reached on performance alone.
Matchmaking is capped to a plus or minus 15% power window, and a 12-hour cooldown blocks repeat fights against the same opponent. When a Camp PvP season closes, League Points reset while equipment and progression carry over. Payouts settle in SOL.
That launch followed a completed full server migration. SolFarmer brought back its bug bounty program at the same time, paying up to 1 SOL for verified reports.
Where the SOL comes from
Prize pools aren’t the only SOL on offer. League tiers pay weekly distributions, guilds stake into 24-hour hashrate battles for shared pots with a 5% rake, and eight mini-games each allow one play a day for SOL prizes.
A free daily chest runs from Bronze and Silver through Gold up to Cosmic, dropping either SOL or a hashrate boost.
The game has no token of its own. Players are paid in SOL, payouts settle on-chain and can be checked on Solscan, and there’s no swap step in between. Withdrawals are capped at 50 SOL a day.
SolFarmer is free to play in a browser. Its roadmap points to more game modes, expanded seasonal content, a deeper in-game economy, improved expedition systems and new social mechanics.
