Titan Quest II has a date. THQ Nordic said the action RPG from Grimlore Games will launch on January 19, 2027, on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC.
The price depends on where you play. It’s $59.99 on consoles and $49.99 on PC. That $10 gap is worth knowing about before you pick a platform.
Early access is almost over
If you missed it, Titan Quest II isn’t brand new. It has been in early access on PC since August 2025. The January launch is the 1.0 release, which makes it the finished version of the game.
Grimlore has spent that stretch collecting a lot of player feedback and using it to decide what to fix. The biggest update so far was a new Chapter last June, which added quests, events and bosses.
A new trailer came with the date announcement, and it gives you another look at how the finished game is shaping up.
What 1.0 adds
The full release includes the final chapter, new armor sets, new items and more content. For anyone who has put hours into early access, the final chapter is the part that counts, since it finishes the story that has been missing a last act.
Gods, monsters and a lot of loot
If you’re new to the series, the pitch is simple. THQ Nordic calls Titan Quest II a classic action RPG set in Ancient Greece, full of Gods, monsters and mythical creatures.
Combat happens in real time, in the style of Diablo and Path of Exile. On top of that you get deep character progression, loot, skills and several classes to pick from.
In other words, it’s an isometric click-and-kill game where the enemies come out of Greek mythology instead of a generic dark fantasy world.
Put January 19 on your calendar. That’s the day you’ll see if the monsters of Ancient Greece are worth $49.99.
