“Now Coin Pusher is growing into the Arcade. We’re turning Coin Pusher off for now, and the Arcade comes out in the next update,” the post said.

What the Arcade adds

KOMPETE’s website lists Arcade as a mode bringing “Coin Pusher, Skee-Ball and Pinball in one room with your friends.” The post gave no release date for the update.

Coin Pusher has no published Season 2 schedule. The studio also hasn’t said whether Season 1 progress or rewards will carry into the Arcade.

The Season 1 numbers

The 3,068 figure counts individual players. Those players opened 17,975 sessions between them.

Total playtime came to 5,814 hours. KOMPETE converted that to roughly 242 days of continuous coin pushing.

The studio didn’t report how long the season ran or give peak concurrent player counts.

What KOMPETE is

KOMPETE comes from Modernize Games and runs on Unreal Engine 5. It’s free to play on PC, iOS and Android, with cross-play and cross-progression across devices.

It doesn’t center on one genre. Its modes sit in a single launcher, and players move between them from the main menu. In an earlier X post, the official account said players have the “Ability to easily switch to different game modes of different genres on the main menu.”

The site lists Blitz Royale, Kart Race and Golf as playable. Heatborn, Basketball, Bowling, Pool and Boxing are marked as coming soon.

The Epic Games Store lists KOMPETE as an early access title released on Sept. 1, 2023. The studio’s site says it plans to leave early access when KOMPETE 27 launches in 2027.

The token

The KOMPETE token is an ERC-20 on Ethereum. Its maximum total supply is 1,000,000,000 KOMPETE.

The Season 1 post didn’t say whether the token or any rewards were part of Coin Pusher.

The post closed with a thank-you from the team: “Thank you for playing Coin Pusher Season 1.”
