“A massive milestone for our community,” the team said.
The post did not include a lock term, a reward rate, or the date the vault opened. AFKHERO caps at 1 billion tokens, with roughly 944.84 million circulating.
Season 3 reset the board
The vault filled during Season 3, which went live Aug. 28. Every hero dropped to level 1, the leaderboard cleared and the map reverted to its untouched state.
Developers said the wipe was meant to flatten the field for veterans and newcomers alike. Season 3’s reward pool is three times the size of Season 2’s.
Season 2 started July 24 and brought guilds, crafting, tournaments, PvP, server-wide zone bosses and Powerball. Guild membership pays up to 25% extra AFKHERO, plus 100% more XP and 100% more gold.
More than 10,000 wallets connected in Season 2’s opening week, with about 6,000 active players. Deposits reached 378.9 million AFKHERO against 126 million paid out, and the reward pool started at 113.6 million tokens.
Emissions and weighting
Season 2 also raised daily emissions from 5% to 20% and added another 50 million AFKHERO to the reward pool. An Earning Boost worth up to 80% was layered on top, built through deposits, holding, in-game spending and connecting social accounts.
Since Aug. 1, hero Power Level has factored into how the pool splits. Stronger heroes take a larger share.
The team has not published the weighting formula or said whether a reward ceiling exists.
Where the token sits
AFKHERO traded near $0.000065 in early August for a market cap around $61,850. By Aug. 16 it was near $0.000047 and roughly $45,000. Its all-time high is $0.0005347.
The token launched on pump.fun and trades under the contract address 9kwT8gUEMKQhnmc4mVb2iUAybfjzvVMM5LwffKFcpump. Liquidity runs about $12,400.
AFK Heroes launched in June on Solana as a browser voxel idle RPG. Heroes fight on their own around the clock, collecting XP, loot and gold while players are offline, and zone progression runs from Frozen Spire at level 40 through Molten Foundry to Singularity Vault at level 90 and above. There’s no download. You connect a wallet and play.
Holder concentration has moved the other way from the vault lock. The top 10 wallets held 72.11% of supply in early August. By the middle of the month, they held 85.91%.
