Arcadia Game
What is Arcadia?
Arcadia is a pixel-art adventure RPG set in a kingdom of the same name, built as a play-to-earn experience on the MultiversX blockchain. The studio's own framing is a living, breathing world in which you gather, craft, fight and grow a legend, and it is currently in development — the community is being invited to follow the build rather than to play a finished game.
How to play
Three systems drive the game. Gathering takes you into Arcadia's wild lands for wood, ore and other raw materials, drawn from forests, rugged quarries and fertile farmland. Crafting turns those materials into tools, gear and valuable items, which is how a character improves rather than through levels alone. Questing gives it purpose: tasks that help local townsfolk, dungeons to explore, hidden stories to find and skills to hone.
Competition and rewards
Progress is measured on a weekly leaderboard, which resets the competition often enough that a new player is never permanently behind an established one. Completing quests and climbing that leaderboard is what pays out real rewards. The studio publishes gameplay footage, full documentation and an FAQ, and runs its community channels as the main route for following development.
Combines farming, crafting, exploration and a traditional quest system in one game
Weekly global XP leaderboard adds competitive replay value
Top-ranked players earn digital assets tied to in-game achievements
Playable directly via its own website, xarcadiagame.com
Rewards are gated behind leaderboard rank, so casual players may earn little
No genre classification is listed, making the gameplay scope hard to judge
No token, marketplace or economy details are published
Our verdict on Arcadia Game
Arcadia Game is a single-player role-playing game built around pixel-art presentation and an open world, with farming, crafting and exploration sitting alongside a conventional quest structure. Its blockchain connection is not one of the usual token-economy hooks: the described model is a weekly global leaderboard ranked by experience points, where completing quests raises your XP and, in turn, your position. Top finishers each week receive digital assets tied to what they achieved in-game.
What works about that design, on paper, is the separation between playing and earning. The core loop is a familiar farm-craft-quest RPG that stands on its own, and the on-chain layer sits above it as a periodic reward rather than a currency you must buy into to start. Weekly resets also mean a player who arrives late is not permanently locked out of the standings.
What is harder to judge is everything the published material leaves out. There is no stated developer, no confirmed chain, and no detail on what the reward assets actually are or do — whether they carry in-game function or exist purely as trophies. XP-based ranking also tends to reward time spent over skill, which favours whoever can grind the most quests in a week.
It suits players who want a conventional pixel-art RPG first and a competitive weekly ladder second, and who are comfortable with a project whose specifics are still thin.
