About Metagalaxy Land
What is Metagalaxy Land?
Metagalaxy Land is a play-to-earn space metaverse in which the planets are the assets. The choice it puts to a new player is a real one: buy an NFT and become a planet owner — a space cowboy, in the game's own words — or take the other route and be a space pirate working the debris zone, sealing alliances with planets against their rivals.
How to play
Planet owners develop what they hold. Terraforming buildings are the core construction system, and progress comes from harvesting resources, levelling up, constructing, forming alliances and trading against other players. Everything runs against a spacemap that shows the galaxy and what is happening across it, so expansion is visible rather than abstract. Pirates play the same world from the other side, which is what keeps the alliances meaningful.
$MEGALAND and the marketplace
$MEGALAND is the resource the economy runs on, available on MEXC and stakeable from the project's own site. Earnings come either from playing — harvesting, building, trading — or from selling what you produce on the Metagalactic Marketplace. A litepaper and the contract are published on the front page, and the NFT collections are browsable before you commit to either side of the game.
Our verdict
Metagalaxy Land is a BNB Chain sci-fi title built around planet ownership: the map is divided into virtual worlds and territories that players claim, develop and trade, with the chain acting as the ledger for who holds what. Around that sit the familiar loops of a browser-era strategy MMO — customising a planet, mining resources, and fighting other players for control of land — plus in-game activities that pay out in crypto.
The clearest strength is the framing. Land as a tradable, verifiably owned asset gives a persistent world an obvious spine, and running it on BNB Chain keeps transaction costs low enough that frequent territory changes are practical. Conquest against other players also means the map's value comes from other people rather than from a scripted campaign.
What the available material does not settle is how the game actually plays moment to moment: the pitch describes systems and ownership rather than combat depth, session length, or what a player without land can do. The earn-by-participating angle also means the experience is tied to token demand as much as to design.
It suits players comfortable with wallets and on-chain assets who want a territorial space strategy game. Anyone looking for a self-contained game to play without buying in should check the free entry path on the official site first.
This is our own editorial assessment. We do not score games — ratings come from players.
